The table in Online Roulette is a standard Roulette table used in most of the casinos. The table consists of 36 numbers, a zero or zeros and all possible bets. Most online roulette games feature exactly the same table. The color of the online roulette table is normally green. The only concern with the online roulette table is that there are not too many people playing there because if that is the case and there are simply way too many chips flying around everywhere, not only will it start to get confusing but arguments may break out over which chips belong to whom. If you don’t know how to play or don’t know the rules well enough you should know that Roulette table has lower bet limits. Remember that different bets have different maximum limits. The betting table has two parts: the inside and the outside. A bet on individual numbers or on a combination of numbers is places on the inside table, a bet on non-numeric conditions is placed on the outside table.

The inside table.

The inside table is simply a table of sequential numbers, 3 columns each representing a dozen. The zero (and double zero for American roulette) can be found above this table, and the column bet fields are below (they technically belong to the outside table). The outside table can be found to the right or to the left side of the inside table. There is a minimum limit for inside bets, players can make lower bets.

The outside table.

On the outside table there are special bets, which are not bets on numbers. The bet amount on the outside table can’t be lower the minimum limit. The three squares attached to the inside table represent dozens. Betting on each dozen wins when any number within that dozen is played out. The next row is comprised of three pairs of cubicles. The outer squares are the "high/low bets": you can bet either on low (1 to 18) or high (19 to 36) half of the numbers. The counterpart of high/low is "odd/even": you bet on odd or even numbers respectively. The innermost squares are indeed "red/black": similar to the bets above, you respectively bet on red or black numbers. A "column bet" is a bet on either of three columns of 12 numbers when the chips are placed in the column squares under the number table. Remember that any bet in the outside table excludes zero and double zero. Consider this if you are planning on a strategy.

The wheel is divided into 38 (American) or 37 (European) sections, each of which has walls to hold a small ball where it lands after the wheel is spun.   The only difference is that the American version has a single zero and a double zero versus the French version with just a single zero. You can do this same calculation for the other bets, and it comes out the same. It is played in virtually every gambling house in North and South America and in Europe, where it is even more popular. Also, understand that your odds are the same on every spin. " You may then place bets on the next spin until the Dealer announces "No more bets". Each roulette player is assigned different color of chip, allowing the dealer differentiate bets and match them to the right players. When the wheel slows down and the ball drops into one of the numbered slots, the dealer places a marker on the winning number on the Roulette table. American and European roulettes have a wheel that is divided into numerous slots. On even money bets when 0 comes up, instead of losing right away, your bet is "imprisoned" and rides again for the next spin. Roulette uses a special wheel, a betting layout, and chips. The dealer spins a small ball in the opposite direction of the spinning roulette wheel. Unlike other casino games, roulette rounds go by quickly - just a spin of the wheel and the game is over. Each player is assigned different color of chip, allowing the dealer differentiate bets and match them to the right players. In American roulette the addition of the 00 section greatly increases the odds in favor of the house. Roulette is a unique table game as it has a mechanical device as the main element of the game. You don't get paid for the win, though, but it's better than losing it outright. Roulette was developed around the turn of the century and is one of the most popular gambling games in the world. The American roulette is divided in to 38 slots, numbered 1 through 36, plus 0 and 00. Most casinos have 00 on their wheels to increase the odds to their advantage (American Roulette)  You usually find most tables in Las Vegas with a minimum bet of $1 - $3. The ball stops in one of the numbered pockets of the Roulette wheel. Unlike other casino games, roulette rounds go by quickly - just a spin of the wheel and the game is over. In effect, this variation has the ability to turn a loss into a tie. Although the Single Zero wheel gives better odds, even with a 00 wheel and $5 bets you'll lose less money than on a 5-coin nickel slot machine. The European wheel has a lower house edge (2.63%) because it has only 37 slots instead of 38 (no 00) Before you can place your bet on a roulette table you first have to get special roulette chips from the dealer at the table. Inside bets are made by placing chips on the numbers from 1 to 36. The game of roulette starts after the players have made most of their bets by placing them on the numbered layout. - Roulette is of French origin and was first played in New Orleans. Before you get confused, standard American roulette rules have the table use different chips than other table games at the same casino. If Red has come up 20 times in a row, that doesn't mean Black is more likely to come up on the next spin. However, if the dreaded 00 is spun, the House (the casino) keeps all the bets. Wait til the dealer says "place your bets" before putting any roulette chips down for the next round. Each Player has a different colored set of non-value Roulette chips, determined by his/her purchase. The sections are numbered from 1 to 36, (half red and half black, half odd and half even) plus a green section marked 0. When the ball on the wheel comes to rest position after spinning the wheel the number and colour are read.

Roulette computers are electronic devices designed to predict the outcome of spins and win at roulette. They aremuch more effective than any roulette strategy. They measure the speed of the wheel and ball to cheat and predict where the ball is most likely to land. If the computer is designed correctly, predictions are accurate enough to win at roulette.
there are news articles about users of such electronic devices that have been caught after winning vast sums of money. The most famous story of roulette computer use was of the Ritz Casino Mobile Phone group who earned . 3M within days. Because the technology is LEGAL, the group was permitted to keep their winnings. Contrary to popular belief, roulette computers are actually LEGAL in most casinos. This is because the devices predict spin outcomes without interfering with actual outcomes. However, casinos obviously don't like players who use them. If a casino suspects you of roulette computer use, they'll ask you to leave and may even ban you. For this reason, the technology must be applied covertly.
Creating an effective roulette computer is not merely a matter of creating software with simplistic algorithms and installing them into any old hardware. It is much more complicated. Roulette wheel designs have changed, and beating them is much more complicated. Many have tried and failed to develop effective computers. Like any roulette system there are unscrupulous sellers who knowingly sell ineffective devices that are only effective on very rare or easily beaten wheels.
In this sense, buying a cheating device is the same as buying a roulette system or strategy. Most are simply ineffective, and the seller is blatantly dishonest. More specifically, some devices are merely theoretical devices that are not practical enough for real casino application. As with roulette systems, when considering purchasing a gambling device, great care should be taken, and by no means should you rely on a vendor's word alone.
