The Online Roulette Table is pretty standard and universal. There are areas with 36 numbers, zero or zeros and a set of all bets a player can make. Most online roulette games feature exactly the same table. The color of the online roulette table is normally green. The only concern with the online roulette table is that there are not too many people playing there because if that is the case and there are simply way too many chips flying around everywhere, not only will it start to get confusing but arguments may break out over which chips belong to whom. If you don’t know how to play or don’t know the rules well enough you should know that Roulette table has lower bet limits. Remember that different bets have different maximum limits. The betting table is divided into 2 areas: outside and inside area. On inside table you can make bets on individual numbers or on a combination of numbers, on outside table you can make bets on non-numeric conditions.

The inside table.

The inside table is simply a table of sequential numbers, 3 columns each representing a dozen. The zero (and double zero for American roulette) can be found above this table, and the column bet fields are below (they technically belong to the outside table). To the right or to the left side of the inside table the outside table can be found. There is a minimum limit for inside bets, players can make lower bets.

The outside table.

The outside table encompasses special bets - there are no numbers in this table. The bet amount on the outside table can’t be lower the minimum limit. The three squares attached to the inside table represent dozens. Betting on each dozen wins when any number within that dozen is played out. The next row is comprised of three pairs of cubicles. The outer squares are the "high/low bets": you can bet either on low (1 to 18) or high (19 to 36) half of the numbers. The counterpart of high/low is "odd/even": you bet on odd or even numbers respectively. The innermost squares are indeed "red/black": similar to the bets above, you respectively bet on red or black numbers. A "column bet" is a bet on either of three columns of 12 numbers when the chips are placed in the column squares under the number table. Remember that any bet in the outside table excludes zero and double zero. Consider this if you are planning on a strategy.

The standard American casino roulette wheel contains two green slots: 0 and 00 (many European wheels eliminate the 00, which creates more favorable odds for players) The bank pays or collects from each bettor. Try to find a European wheel with the Single 0 (no 00) The players who bet on the winning number or color are rewarded while the players who bet on the losing number(s) lose their chips to the casino. European wheels have only the 0 green section. On both wheels, you may think that there is no rhyme or reason as to how the numbers are arranged, but there is; the numbers are arranged this way so that the odds of landing on high, odd, low or even numbers are evenly distributed. The wheel consists 38 compartments with numbers from 1 to 36, which are colored black and red, and two green compartments with 0 and 00. The marked area of roulette is called the game layout, and you may place bets on any particular number, any 4 adjacent numbers, a column or a dozen bet. A huge attraction at casinos across the country, the classic roulette wheel remains one of the most exciting casino games available. Of course, if you lose the second spin, you do lose your bet. The roulette chips are worthless at the other tables in the same casino, so do not bother trying to stack them under your blackjack chips or anything foolish like that. The United States adopted their own version of roulette, but the French version is still played time to time in Las Vegas.

In roulette everything depends on chance. The only thing you can do from a strategic point of view is to try to keep the house edge to a minimum. There are special rules in casinos which directly affect on the edge. The first special rule is the 'surrender' option. In Roulette, this rule applies to outside bets which pay even money only, such as odd/even, red/black, and high/low. In case the ball falls on 0 or 00 you lose half your bet,but not the whole betting. This affects the house edge considerably; after all it is the 0 and 00 which account for the high house edge in the first place. Even though the payoffs aren't as great for outside bets, you are improving your odds substantially by finding a table with the ‘surrender' rule. The point of 0 and 00 is interesting enough. You better look for one 0 tables, which are called European tables. Primarily found in Europe, these tables offer a much more attractive house edge from the player's point of view. With a European table to play on you are reducing the house edge from 5. 26 percent to 2. 7 percent. Physically European roulette tables are found more often in Europe, but in the ‘online world’ gambling they are just a click away.
