About European Roulette Systems. As a gambler you know that when playing Roulette there is a certain period of time in which you can make bets. Traditionally players are given about 60 seconds in between each spin to make bets. Players have a few seconds after the dealer spins the wheel. As soon as the dealer raises his hand and says “no more bets” players can make no more bets. The number and the color of the pocket in which the ball has stopped will be marked on the table. Then the dealer removes all the losing bets from the table. After that, he will pay off the winning bets, and remove the marker from the table. After the stop of the ball nobody is allowed to touch the chips. Otherwise he can be femoved from the table. Try to be polite and courteous. Be respectful to other players and to the dealer (even if you lose). You can give the dealer a tip after every 10th spin. Try no to take alcohol drinks even if they are offered for free.
